Frequently Asked Questions

All items are shipped via UPS.  If items are sent during the summer months or to warmer climates, special packaging is used.  Insulated Shipping packages are used in tandem with ice packs to ensure the items arrive unharmed due to the warmer weather, although faster is shipping is always recommended.
 

All items are packed with the utmost care to ensure they make it to their intended destinations as expected.

 
Products in Gift Baskets
Please be aware if we are out of an item in any particular gift basket, we will make a substitution with a product of equal or greater value.
 

Sweet Things guarantees that orders will be delivered in good condition or the customer will be entitled to a full refund or order credit or free reshipment of the order, at the customer’s option, provided that:

a. The order is delivered within 2 days of the date it is shipped.

b. The contact/delivery information is complete and accurate.

c. The order is personally received when it is delivered.

 

If the order is not delivered within 2 days of the shipping date, and/or, if the order is not personally received at the time it is delivered, this guarantee is void and Sweet Things accepts no responsibility for damage to or loss of the order.

 

For all non-perishable items, there will be no returns.  However, if you are dissatisfied with your product, we will be happy to replace it.  If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at returns@sweetthingsinc.com and we will gladly respond within 48 hours.

Dark Chocolate - Sugar, chocolate liquor processed with alkali, cocoa butter, milk fat, soy lecithin, vanillin (An artificial flavor), natural flavors

White Chocolate – Sugar, palm kernel oil, sweet dairy whey (milk), lactose (milk), milk fat, non-fat milk, buttermilk, sodium caseinate (milk), soy lecithin, partially hydrogenated palm oil, artificial flavors

Please Note ->  Our chocolate may contain traces of nuts and are made in a facility which contain tree nuts and peanuts.

Email addresses collected at www.sweetthingsinc.com are only used internally. We respect your privacy rights, and will not share your email information with other companies.
