The Protect Allergic Children Program (PAC) will be presented at Sweet Things (2288 W. 86th St.) on Thursday, February 4th at 6:00PM. We will be sampling our variety of nut-free, egg-free, milk-free, and egg-free candies and gourmet treats that we offer in our two Indy stores.
The PAC program is being supported by the non-profit, Eating & Educating, Living Life (www.ellfoundation.org). The presentation will include information on ELL, the PAC Program, overview of food allergies and the areas in which food allergic children are most at risk (schools, child care facilities, within the home) and finally the risk assessment worksheets that PAC consultants work with clients to create safety procedures.
